It’s 2023, a lot of people use password managers and complex passwords. When registering an account I am prevented from pasting in a complex and secure password. That is a bit silly, and a poor user experience. Please consider improving that. ——- update 1: After manually doing everything Re: above. I went to login and none of the information works. I checked for any other validation emails, etc. I’m standing here in your store, trying to get your app working, and it’s not. If I’m a ‘technical’ person and I can’t get this easily working, how do you expect less technically apt folks to do anything. Test your software. Improve your user experiences and pay attention to entry points like registration. —- update 2: after that entire ordeal, the app didn’t even work at the till and I just gave them my number. Coop is advertising to get the “app” to save and get deals on certain items, then nothing works. If I could give you 0/5 stars I would.
